HR outsourcing market climbs the career ladder

The local temporary staffing market expanded by more than 20 percent last year on 2012, reaching around 300 million Euro, and is expected to keep up the two-digit growth pace this year as well. Although the outsourcing business (using outside resources) started to emerge in Romania in the early 1990s in terms of legal services, IT, accounting and recruitment, human resources (HR) outsourcing appeared mainly at the beginning of the 2000s, as a response to the market needs, due to foreign direct investments and multinational companies that had entered the local market.

Thanks for the figures. Being in HR industry myself, I'm totally up for the raise and HR outsourcing will make new benchmarks this year as well.
