BNP Paribas Real Estate: Mihai Dosanu appointed the new Head of Property Management Department in Romania

As part of the local development plan, Mihai Dosanu was appointed as the new Head of Property Management at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Romania.

Mihai joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2011 and has a strong background in Property and Facility Management, with more than 9 years of experience. During his career, Mihai managed more than 300,000 sq m of office, retail, residential and logistic buildings, working for companies like Aviva, AIG/ Lincoln, Prologis and Facilitec Romania.

From 2011, Mihai has led the team in charge of the management of America House - Bucharest and ERP Promenada Mall - Targu Mures. I have no doubt that his knowledge and skills will result in the development of the strong Property Management Department of BNP Paribas Real Estate in Romania - says Grzegorz Dudziak, Head of Property Management Central and Eastern Europe in BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Currently, BNP Paribas Real Estate manages approximately 90.000 sqm of leasable area in Romania. The company provides a full scope of services aimed at adding value to assets of BNP Paribas Real Estate' clients who benefit not only from the expertise of our local team, but also from the support of company's international network– says Mihai Dosanu, the new Head of Property Management in BNP Paribas Real Estate in Romania.

BNP Paribas Real Estate opened in Romania its Property Management business line at the beginning of 2011 to strengthen its position on the Romanian market and extend the synergies with the other business lines: Transactions (letting and sales), Valuation and Consulting.
