Austrians Real4You plan mall blitz
NATIONWIDE Austrian real estate developer Real4You Group plans to build MegaMall shopping centres in Bucharest, Satu Mare, Focsani and Targu Mures April 2011 - From the Print Edition
Outside of the the capital, the shopping centres will have between 18,000 sqm and 22,000 sqm, while the Austrians plan a 70,000 sqm project for Bucharest on the former Electroaparataj plant in Pantelimon.
“East Bucharest has a huge potential, given the population density and the generous catchment area,” says leasing agent for Real4You projects Colliers International’s senior associate Simina Istrate.
Last year the company opened its smaller format Family Center brand in Giurgiu (4,260 sqm GLA) and Botosani (6,045 sqm GLA) and started construction on a centre in Ramnicu Valcea (3,364 sqm GLA).
