Intesa Sanpaolo Bank to offer U Turn Tax Refund service
June 2013 - From the Print Edition
Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Romania, the subsidiary of Intesa Sanpaolo Group, has become the first bank to make a local agreement with U Turn Tax Refund (UTTR) in order to facilitate the refund of Value Added Tax (VAT), according to company officials. The new facility is designed for corporate clients that can optimize their costs on all business expenses abroad, paid in cash or with the Intesa Sanpaolo Bank business credit card. "Intesa Sanpaolo Bank corporate customers can save money on their business travel expenses by registering for the UTTR service," said company officials. "This also includes a dedicated account manager and free consultations and advice to maximize a company's VAT claim. U Turn Tax Refund will deal directly with suppliers and each relevant tax authority on behalf of the company." Active on local market since 2008, Intesa Sanpaolo Group is present in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa through over 1,500 branches.
