"That will support employment and higher economic growth," he said. "We need to reach top 3 global players with European technologies. We need to produce our own artificial intelligence solutions, cybersecurity solutions."
De Graaf stated that Europe cannot compete with China and SUA if it doesn't pull its forces together.
"This is the challenge Europe is facing. We must pull our resources. People are not going to use the technology if they don't trust it, that's why GDPR and other consumers protection systems have emerged," he explained.
