Plaza sees new housing project

     STR LUJERULUI Turkish owner of Plaza Romania and Bucuresti Mall, Anchor Group, has announced a new residential project close to its new 25 million Euro office building Anchor Plaza.
     This follows the announcement of a housing project near Bucuresti Mall. The two projects will need investments of 60 million Euro and will comprise a total of 800 apartments.
     Office building Anchor Plaza is scheduled for completion in October this year. The complex is formed of three separate 12-level blocks and stretches over 33,000 sqm. Istanbul-based B Design Architecture was the designer for the office project, and works begun in July last year.
