LeasePlan Romania plans to reach 12,000 cars under management by the end of 2016

Last year, LeasePlan Romania registered a turnover of 42.4 million Euro, up by 0.5 per cent over 2014, while the automotive portfolio under management went up by six per cent to over 11,000 vehicles

For this year, the company is planning to increase revenues up to five per cent and to reach 12,000 vehicles in administration, according to Bogdan Apahidean, the general manager of LeasePlan Romania. "Although some of our customers have reduced their activity, lowering, consequently, also the fleet, the strong demand coming from small and medium companies assured us a strong growth in 2015," said Apahidean. "For 2016, we expect an evolution on turnover of three to five per cent and we plan to reach a volume of 12,000 vehicles in administration, relying on a solid relationship with strategic customers, on the launch of new products, and also on the growing interest of companies in the SME segment." LeasePlan is a Dutch financial company specializing in mobility and fleet management. The company has a total fleet under management of more than 1.5 million vehicles in 32 countries.
