New 9,500 sqm office for Timisoara
TIMISOARA Romanian real estate developer ModaTim Investment has delivered the third building within the office complex City Business Center in Timisoara December 2010 - From the Print Edition
The new building covers 9,500 sqm, has 100 parking spaces and was a ten million Euro investment. The building is 85 per cent rented, while the first two buildings delivered in the project are 95 per cent rented, according to Ziarul Financiar. The fourth and the last building of the project is due for 2012.
