INFINITY NORD, one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Bucharest, has obtained the approval of the Detailed Urban Plan (PUD) for Phases I and II.
The project carried out by REDPORT together with DAN ȘUCU represents an investment estimated at over 180 million euros and is designed in three development phases, with a total of approximately 2,000 apartments and 20,000 square meters of commercial space. The large-scale residential development located in the North of the Capital, in the Străulești – Petrom City area, will be developed on a plot of 44,000 square meters and will have a total buildable area of 123,000 square meters, which includes housing, commercial areas, medical and educational facilities, as well as 1,500 parking spaces.

“The approval of the PUD represents an essential step in implementing our vision for INFINITY NORD, a project designed around unique and futuristic elements that support the 15-minute City concept. We want to create from INFINITY NORD a modern urban destination, with relaxation spaces, top-notch facilities and a design that will make a difference in the Romanian real estate market”, declares DAN ȘUCU, founder and CEO of the MOBEXPERT group.
60% of the apartments in the first phase of the INFINITY NORD project are already sold in the pre-sale stage, and 95% of the retail space is already rented. These results confirm the increased interest in the REDPORT project and support the attractiveness of the area and the proposed concept.
The INFINITY NORD project benefits from the expertise of Design International, the renowned London-based architecture house, which has over 60 years of experience in international projects. The architectural concept of the complex is inspired by the symbol of infinity and reflects the continuity, evolution and harmonious integration of public and private spaces.

“INFINITY NORD is a complex designed with a focus on sustainability, energy efficiency and the integration of advanced technologies for smart living. High-performance thermal and sound insulation systems, the use of sustainable materials and the integration of solar panels contribute to reducing the impact on the environment and creating a nature-friendly neighborhood. In addition, we are in the process of pre-certification for the BREEAM Excellent standard – one of the highest levels of international recognition of environmental performance and sustainability in construction. The development of the INFINITY NORD project will start this year, and the completion of the entire complex is estimated by 2030”, emphasizes COSMIN SAVU-CRISTESCU, CEO and Founder of REDPORT.
