Unirii View office building completed and 80 per cent leased

Unirii View, the tallest modern office building in downtown Bucharest, has been completed following an investment of approximately 33 million Euro.

The first companies that took up office space in the project already started to relocate their headquarters, whilst most others will follow in the immediate period.

The property has a leasable area of approximately 17,300 square meters that is over 80 per cent pre-leased. Among the most important companies that established their headquarters in the new landmark building in downtown Bucharest are NTT Data Romania, Spaces, H&M Romania, Pernod Ricard Romania and Red Bull Romania.

"We have developed a destination project for companies that aspired to work in the most central part of the city. Unirii View represents the first step of our presence in Romania and demonstrates that our group's and Romania's potential create and excellent ground for future investments" stated Yves Weerts, Chairman of Weerts Group, the investor behind Unirii View.

The entire development project of Unirii View as well of the project management of the building was ensured by Speedwell Real Estate Development, through Didier Balcaen, the construction process was completed by Bog'Art, the biggest Romanian local construction company, while Westfourth Architecture, in cooperation with DMA Architecture & Interior Design, brought the architecture vision and design.
