AFI Europe Romania starts the construction of AFI City residential project

AFI Europe Romania announces the start of the AFI City residential project construction. First phase is to end in 16 months and will deliver two buildings with 190 homes.

AFI Europe Romania starts this month the construction of AFI City, their first local large-scale residential project.

The first phase of construction began this month and will generate two buildings that will add up to 190 homes, served by 228 over-ground parking spaces. The first phase of AFI City construction will be completed in the summer of 2019.

Located in the north-west of Bucharest, the project will include several types of apartments built with an emphasis on the space functionality, following an investment of 16 million Euro.
