CTP started the construction works in CTPark Cluj II
CTP started the construction works for CTPark Cluj II, a new logistics park located near Cluj-Napoca, in Floresti. The property will comprise a total leasable area of 30,000 sqm and will be finalised in three phases. 2018-04-17 13:47:17
CTPark Cluj II is estimated to be completely delivered in December 2018. This is the second industrial and logistics park owned by CTP in Cluj County, after the development of CTPark Cluj I.
CTP continues to grow at an accelerated pace throughout the country and will deliver another premium park in Cluj county by the end of this year.
The first phase will end in August 2018 and will consist in the construction of approximately 8,000 sqm GLA, which already has been preleased to a strategic client. The second phase will be finalized in October 2018, when approximately 11,000 sqm GLA will be delivered. The space is available for lease. The third and last phase will be completed in December 2018 when another logistics space of approximately 11,000 sqm GLA will be delivered. This space is also available for future tenants.
