Unirii View office project is starting to take shape in the centre of Bucharest

Unirii View, the project which will be the tallest modern office building in downtown Bucharest, is starting to take shape.

2017-12-18 11:09:55

Construction works advance in a sustained rhythm and the building will dominate the outline of the ultra-central area of Bucharest, reaching the 11th floor and a height of 45 meters at the beginning of next month.

Nearly 200 people work daily on the Unirii View construction site, whose construction started in October 2016. The general contractor of the project is Bog'Art, one of the biggest local construction companies.

The building is located on Corneliu Coposu Boulevard and will have 18 floors, including ground floor, 17 office floors plus a mechanical last floor and a generous underground parking, divided into three levels. With a height that will reach 73 meters, Unirii View will also be the most visible building in downtown Bucharest.

Unirii View, a project developed by the Belgian investor Yves Weerts after an investment of approximately 33 million Euros, will have a total gross leasable area of 17,500 square meters, the project being due to be delivered in the summer of 2018.
