C&W Echinox recruits Anamaria Tihu to expand its industrial department

Cushman & Wakefield Echinox consolidates its industrial department by recruiting Anamaria Tihu, a specialist with over 10 years' experience in sales. Anamaria Tihu will act as a Senior Consultant and will be responsible for logistics and warehousing, as well as developing the company's client portfolio.

"After ten years of logistics sales, I accepted the opportunity to work in real estate consultancy and I trust that my experience so far will help me perform in this new direction," said Anamaria Tihu, Senior Consultant, Industrial Agency - Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Anamaria Tihu holds a Master's degree in transports from the Politehnica University in Bucharest and has worked in the last ten years for DHL as account manager.

In the last 12 months, the industrial department of C&W Echinox has brokered leasing deals for storage spaces with total surfaces of 60,000 sqm. The consultancy firm is also negotiating additional transactions for around 50,000 sqm.
