With over 12 floors and 240 underground and ground parking spaces for the first phase, the project
integrates a mix of green, relaxation, wireless coverage and urban furniture fitted with electrical sockets. The Equilibrium complex will also be certified with LEED Gold and integrates innovative sustainable solutions such as carbon footprint, a screen showing energy consumption, fast electric car chargers, and a dedicated building application.

"It is a very good year for Skanska, as we are starting to develop our third office project in Romania," said Aurelia Luca, Country Manager of Skanska Property Romania. "We have chosen to expand our presence in Floreasca - Barbu Vacarescu area, in the north of the city, and we remain confident that it remains one of the most popular areas, offering obvious advantages to prospective tenants. Undoubtedly, Equilibrium's design, architecture and spaces will add value to the geography of the entire area."
