Enel announces the entrance on the Romanian gas supply market, with offers designed to offer ease of use and predictability for residential customers, who can now benefit from having a single supplier of gas and electricity, a press release shows. "We are proud and confident to enter the Romanian gas supply market, as we definitely aim to make the customers' life easier and more predictable, creating a streamlined experience with the utilities supplier, while putting at their disposal our proven expertise and the same commitment to quality that differentiates us on the energy market," said Michele Grassi, general manager Enel Energie and Enel Energie Muntenia.

The Enel gas offer is complemented with value added services - Enel Asistenta Gaz and Enel Asistenta Gaz+, offering customers' assistance packages for their natural gas installation and gas appliances and equipment, through a network of specialised companies managed by Europ Assistance.

Enel Asistenta Gaz ensures services for residential customers regarding the verification of the natural gas installation and two annual interventions for events with gas appliances and equipment which might require emergency intervention. Customers will benefit of specialized and authorized technical teams, who will identify the damages, ensuring the necessary repairs for both the natural gas installation and the gas appliances and equipment. In addition, the Enel Asistenta Gaz+ subscription includes an extra two-year revision of the gas boiler with a capacity up to 35 KW. The intervention time for solving incidents is up to four hours in the urban area and up to six hours for the rural area.
