The Bridge to host the biggest restaurant within an office building in Bucharest, says DTZ
The Bridge business centre, developed by Forte Partners, will host Boutique Food Hall, the biggest restaurant within an office building in Bucharest, with an area of over 1,000 sqm, following a transaction assisted by DTZ Echinox, a press release shows. 2017-03-06 13:31:18
The Bridge business park will be built on Orhideelor Road 15C, the site of the former bread factory Spicul, with two development stages and over 36,000 sqm of leasable office space. The estimated time of delivery is September 2017.
Boutique Food Hall will be the third location under the brand developed by entrepreneur Radu Stoica, after Boutique du Pain, located on the ground floor of Excelsior Center, and Boutique du Pain Junior from the ground floor AFI Park 2.
"Boutique Food Hall will be the largest open restaurant on the ground floor of an office building in Bucharest," said Bogdan Gubandru, business development manager, DTZ Echinox. "It is a new concept that aims to meet the needs of increasingly diverse and sophisticated employees in Bucharest. The restaurant will benefit from the presence of a total of around 5,000 employees in The Bridge project (in two phases), but it certainly will be an attraction for other categories of consumers, employees from other surrounding projects and even students from Regie campus."
