"Now is a good time for corporate transactions, given that a significant number of class A projects are in various stages of construction," said Mirela Raicu, manager of corporate office division, ESOP Consulting. "Building A of Metroffice represents the first phase of one of the largest integrated projects developed by Immofinanz, a leading real estate developer in Bucharest. By offering amenities for the tenants, including myhive international standard for reception areas or new green technologies, such as LED lightning, Metroffice could meet the specific requirements and technical standards of Harman."

Immofinanz has leased over 80,000 sqm of its Bucharest office portfolio in the abbreviated financial year 2016, the equivalent of 10,000 sqm per month in the May-December 2016 period. Immofinanz signed lease agreements with new tenants for over 47,000 sqm of office space. Among the most significant deals were those for the first building of the Metroffice complex, of which over half is now occupied.
