Immofinanz appoints Gerard Gruell to lead the retail portfolio in Europe

Gerald Gruell has been appointed head of asset management retail Europe at Immofinanz, a press release shows. In this position, he will be responsible for Immofinanz's retail portfolio in Europe.

"We are pleased to welcome Gerald Gruell, an experienced real estate and retail expert, to Immofinanz. He and his team will continue the expansion of our Stop Shop retail parks and VIVO! shopping centres and further optimise the attractiveness of our retail space for international and local tenants," said Dietmar Reindl, COO of Immofinanz.

Gerald Gruell has a 17 years′ experience in the real estate sector with a focus on the international corporate retail environment.
