Leroy Merlin acquires the space it operates within Colosseum comercial center

The owner of commercial center Colloseum located in Chitila sold to Leroy Merlin the space the French company was operating within the complex, the company representatives announced.

Colosseum Retail Park is located in North-Western area of Bucharest, its tenants such as: Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Altex, Jysk, Helpnet, 5asec, Animax, Inmedio, Arsis, Orange, Iqbox, FanGSM, Otto Broker, Corabia Piticilor and Pizza Bonita.

According to Mihai Dinu, property manager of JLL, the company managing the leasing operations of the commercial center, they run negotiations also with other international retailers to lease within the complex. Colosseum retail park is worth 350 million Euro investment and whas been developed in two stages, with the first stage stage including a 53,000 sqm retail park and the second stage to cover 137,000 sqm, including over 480 stores, 10,000 parking spaces, a food court and a 12-screen cinema, according to the project plans.
