Green Court signs new leasing contract for its C building
T-Me Studios and Skanska signed a leasing contract for over 88 sqm office space within C building of Green Court in Bucharest, the developer announced. 2016-08-25 17:58:28
The new tenant that operates in technology field, will move in October. Green Court Bucharest is the first office complex developed by Skanska in Romania. It comprises of three office buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 54,500 sqm.
The office complex is LEED Gold certified and features sustainable solutions used to minimize the building environmental footprint and significantly reduce its operating costs. The C office building, is structured on 12 levels up ground and 3 underground spaces with 242 parking spaces.
