Re/Max Romania opens new franchise in Bucharest
Real estate company Re/Max announced it opened a new franchise in Bucharest, reaching 19 offices. The newest investment is associated with the opening of the latest Bucharest-based office, Re/Max Capital. 2016-05-05 11:45:26
Located in Northern Bucharest, Re/Max Capital is the newest start-up of the company, being managed by lawyer Razvan Vladulescu and Marian Teleleu, former associate of Re/Max Romania. In the new agency, the two businessmen will build a team of 15 specialized agents to manage transactions in residential, office and commercial segments. The investment in launching the new franchise is up to 20.000 Euro.
Re/Max sells a franchise with a cost ranging from 5.900 to 9.900 Euro. In Romania, the company manages 120 agents and 19 offices. In the next 10 years, Re/Max plans to open 25 franchises, expanding in towns such as Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Constanta and Timisoara.
