Birouri Vii, a space for people-project starter

Birouri Vii-A space for people is launching as a project meant to bring forward the IT&Outsourcing community from North-Eastern Romania and not only.

2016-03-10 10:13:11

The project is meant to gather within one platform a series of video-interviews taken within different company offices, with the very passionate people working there, as well as with those managers for whom creating a friendly and relaxing environment for their employees, is more than important.

The website-Birouri Vii-becomes the place where stories about real people, about long term visions of the IT&Outsourcing companies, and about their involvement within the community, are brought together in exciting video documentaries.

This project aims at presenting and awarding those companies for which people are the most important asset, while the main challenge for them is to create a unitary and attractive working space that could make the employees more sociable and, at the same time, more productive. Thus, any improvement brought to the office space should be considered a medium-term investment, and not an additional expenditure.

If 10 years ago, the offer of modern offices was poor, with only a few modern buildings, today we are talking about 150.000 sm office spaces. Now, there is a constant demand for more edifices and technological parks, taking into account that the entire North-Eastern part of the country represents the "epicenter" of an endless process of external investments. (Dan Zaharia, Birouri Vii Founder)

The first company presented on Birouri Vii is THINSLICES, with a fresh and nonconventional approach regarding their office space, which is located within a historical building in Iasi.

The office spaces are a critical part for any activity. In Romania we can talk about a shift from accommodation spaces (dwelling) where businesses developed their activities a few years ago, to complex and modern office spaces that also bring more comfort to the employees. Moreover, we are witnessing a bigger interest for investments related to sustainability, green energy and advanced management techniques, all these with respect to the office spaces. (Serban Tiganas, President of the Romanian Architects Order).

The project will be launched regionally, while in the next 2 years an expansion towards other important regional cities, is planned.

Dan Zaharia, the Founder of Birouri Vii, has 15 years experience in management, sales and real estate development. The idea from which everything started was the fact that the offices have become a real asset for any company, their location, the building per se, as well as the space's architecture and design, represent benefits, or not, in the eyes of the employees.

Raluca Munteanu, Creative Director "Make Up Your Business" and partner for Birouri Vii, is the person that will uncover successful stories through the video documentaries she will make.
