Owners of Lotus Center to invest 60 million Euro in new project
The owners of Lotus Center Oradea announced a new investment worth 60 million Euro in a project to be developed on the former platform Infratirea in Oradea. 2015-11-27 19:36:48
The project will be developed on 147,000 sqm and it will comprise a commercial center,as well as residential and office spaces. The commercial center will be built on 32,000 sqm and a leaseble area of 25,000 sqm, as well as a parking lot of 1,000 spaces. The retail mix will comprise fashion, restaurants, entertainment and a six-hall cinema.
Lotus Center is the first mall opened in Oradea in 2002 an has tenants such as: Carrefour, Media Galaxy, Zara, H&M, C&A, New Yorker or Hervis, as well as a six- hall Cinema Place compound. Lotus Center covers 65,000 sqm built area, with 40,000 leaseble area, 1,400 parking spaces and over 150 shops.
