Viennese Ball Foundation in Timisoara launches funding campaign for United Way
The Viennese Ball Foundation in Timisoara launches funding campaign called “O floare e Colt for United Way” through a flash mob happening to take place on October 25. 2015-10-23 15:15:21
The funding campaign will develop during a month interval until October 26, when the fourth edition of Viennese Ball in Timisoara will take place. The campaign holds a great significance in Romania and Austria, a country where the campaign is protected by law. The name of the campaign-Floare de Colt-comes from a jewelry to ne donated to participants in exchange of 10 ei price, representing the costs for a warm meal for a child hosted within the United Way centers in Timisoara-two after school centers and a school, according to Ioana Hategan, president of Vienesse Ball Foundation at Timisoara.
The Viennese Ball in "Little Vienna", is a restored tradition in the cultural and economic life of Timisoara. A charity event which aims to create values, attitudes, and social contexts to unite the elites of the city. An event that is meant to revive the values of a bygone era, which had a strong role in the culture of this country, to sit in their natural track, Romanian society values and integrate them into European Culture. The organizer plan this event to become a tradition in the life of Timisoara, to highlight the business sector in the Banat region, to become the bridge between leading representatives of the Romanian society and representatives of foreign businesses operating in the area and to become an opportunity for foreign guests of honor, to discover the best parts of Banat area.
