Endava starts employment program for young IT professionals in Cluj-Napoca

The IT solutions provider Endava launched this year's edition of recruiting young professionals specializing in technology an computer science within the Open Day event orgranized at Cluj-Napoca.

More, the company has over 60 openings at Cluj in software, for technologies such as Java, .NET, Siebel, Sharepoint, besides software testing and IT support services, from desk service jobs to consultancy for more complex IT structures.

The new recruitment program starts on May 6, focusing on developing and testing Java and .NET scrips, with the deadline for applications ending April 1. The selected professionals will be hire with individual work contract on unlimited interval and benefits of two months of trainings in technology and soft skills.

The internship within the software division of Endava office in Cluj-Napoca starts on June 1, and the applications are to be submitted by May 5. The selected students will work on real projects, six hours a day, for six weeks, along with Endava professionals.

Endava organized on March 12th, 2015 in Cluj office the Endava Open Day a meeting with those who wish to start their careers or to make the next step alongside the Endava team and where 250 professionals attended, a growth of 50 per cent compared to previous sessions.

The Open Day event targets passionate and enthusiastic students & graduates interested to follow a career in Software Development, Software Testing, Managed Services (Service Desk Analyst) and Shared Services (Screening & HR Admin). During the presentation sessions, the participants have the opportunity to meet the Endava team, to experience the working environment, to see how the Endava teams work and to interact with team leaders and previous generations of graduates&interns.

The event agenda included also a session dedicated to a presentation of the Internship and Graduate programme, two of the main Endava University programmes dedicated to students and graduates. Meanwhile you can find more details about the opportunities on the Internship & Graduate Programme.
