Immofinanz announces new leasing contracts for Iride Business Park
The largest office spaces owner in Bucharest, Austrian company Immofinanz announced new contracts and expansion for existing leasing contracts within Iride Business Park, for an area of 11.000 sqm. 2015-02-16 18:09:16
The long-term contract tenants such as Japan Tobacco International (JTI), Prima Broadcasting Group, Mercury 360 Communications, LS Travel Retail Romania sau Diadent Medical chose to continue their leasing contracts and total a rentable area of 15.000 sqm.
Iride Business Park lays on 17 hectares land and delivers 93.000 sqm rentable area, within 20 office buildings and it is aimed to become a larger project, Iride City. Metroffice is the first part of this future project, featuring office, residential, entertainment and shopping compounds.
Immofinanz owns 8 office buildings and a total GLA of 206.250 sqm estimated at 348.5 million Euro.
