Clifford Chance Badea adds new lawyer to the finance team

Specialized in Finance Law, Diana has a six-year experience in business law, having worked with international law firms since the beginning of her career. Over the years, she has built a legal advisory portfolio in Banking, as well as M&A deals, advising businesses such as retailer chains, pharmacy chains, and credit institutions. In the Banking industry, she has been involved in projects at national and international level, such as cross border finance, finance restructuring, syndicated loans, acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance.
She will be part of the Banking, Finance & Capital Market team coordinated by Managing Partner Daniel Badea. Diana graduated the Bucharest University Law School in 2007. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2008.
Clifford Chance has been present in Romania since 2006 and operates now as Clifford Chance Badea. The Bucharest office is frequently involved in complex transactions such as syndicated loans, project finance, restructurings, Eurobonds and shares issues on international capital markets, derivatives, companies′ acquisitions by strategic investors or private equity funds, infrastructure and motorway projects, real estate investments etc., as well as domestic and international litigation and arbitration.
