Duncea Stefanescu and Asociatii detaches from Mazars
Law firm managed by partners Adriana Duncea and Cosmin Stefancescu announced they had decided to separate from the audit and consultancy form Mazars after seven years. 2014-11-07 17:43:38
Until now, Duncea Stefanescu and Asociatii functioned as affiliate to Mazars. In the last 16 years, the firm collaborated with the same managerial team, including the interval of Haarmann Hemmelrath, the German consultancy company that merged with Mazars in april 2007. According to the firm representatives, this step stands for a landmark in their strategy to gain independence and organic growth.
Currently, the team numbers 14 lawyers, members of Bucharest Bar. Duncea Stefanescu and Asociatii keeps the membership of international alliance Marcalliance, joining firms specializing in legal and fiscal consultancy in Europe, Asia and Africa.
