Markus Marquardt is the new Food&Beverage director of JW Marriott
Markus Marquardt, 42, has been assigned the director of Food&Beverage department of JW Marriott . 2014-07-30 14:15:33
Markus delivers 16-year experience in the company, having started his career in 1998 as Sous Chef for Panama Marriott Hotel. Two years after, he has been promoted as executive chef and continued his career at Mallorca Marriott Golf Resort&Spa. The same position he occupied four years later, at Leipzig Marriott Hotel. In 2005, he joins the Budapest Marriott Hotel and is being named Food&Beverage Director.
At Bucharest, Markus will manage the teams of six restaurants Steakhouse, Cucina, Champions, Vienna Lounge, Pavilion Lounge and the summer terrace The Garden), being also responsible for the Events and Banqueting departments.
