DTZ Echinox: MavenHut, a gaming company, leased 500 sqm in Premium Plaza

Mavenhut, the gaming company that developed Solitaire Arena, leased 500 sq m in Premium Plaza building, in the relocation process being advised by the real estate company DTZ Echinox.

MavenHut occupies the top floor of Premium Plaza, one of the most modern office building in the Bucharest business area, situated near Victoriei Square, on Dr. Iacob Felix Street, No. 63-69.

"For us, the relocation represents a very important step that comes after less than two years since the company was founded. This year we will expand the development team and the new office space will help us to combine business with pleasure." said Cristi Badea, MavenHut representative. "More than half of the 500 sq m are used for a relaxation area, designed to increase team's creativity", he concluded.

"During the selection process for MavenHut the main criteria were the building accessibility and the layout of the space, which had to be adaptable to the working style of the company. Following a detailed analysis, we concluded that the top floor of Premium Plaza replies perfectly to MavenHut needs.
We anticipate that this year the IT&C companies will continue to be the most active in the office market" said Bogdan Bogatu, Senior Consultant DTZ Echinox, who brokered of the deal.

MavenHut gaming company, founded in 2012, has its headquarter in Ireland and a development center in Bucharest, where activates 25 specialists. MavenHut provides real-time, classic multiplayer games on multiple platforms. With over 10 million players, the most popular game developed by Mavenhut is Solitaire Arena a free application which can be downloaded on iPhone, iPad and Android.
