Founded in 2013, Flash Office Solutions is one of the most important providers of flexible workspaces in Romania. In the recently leased space, the company will open its main operational premises in Bucharest, which responds to the company's accelerated growth in the fast developing field of instant&serviced offices.

Armand Business Center is a modern office building, delivered in April 2013, and has a total leasable area of 3,200 sqm. The building has great visibility and easy access in the City centre, being located in a quiet area, but very close to Bucharest Old Town. The building features will provide new tenants with easy access not only to their business partners, but also to a wide range of facilities and leisure options.

Flash Office Solutions took the decision to establish its new headquarter in Armand Business Center following a rigorous market assessment and selection process, which included several buildings in Bucharest.

"We are happy to be part of the process that marks Flash Office Solutions entry on the Romanian market. Armand Business Center responded successfully to the company requirements in terms of space efficiency, visibility and accessibility, through its modern structure and the proximity to the city center. Also, the building aligns perfectly to the company's business objectives, allowing the further development of its local operations," says Oana Sirbu, Associate in the Office Agency of Colliers International Romania.

„We opened this new Flash Office Solutions headquarter in the center of Bucharest in order to offer our clients the complete set of instant offices, addressing the various needs of company managers currently looking for a turnkey office solution which they can access immediately and for a flexible time frame. Employees' comfort, ensuring a pleasant work environment and a wide range of facilities were the main criteria that made Armand Business Center the optimum solution for us," says Ilinca Dumitru, Sales Coordinator, Flash Office Solutions.

In Q1 2014, the Office Agency within Colliers International Romania mediated 10 office leasing transactions in Bucharest, totalling an area of approx. 27,000 sqm. This performance positions Colliers as the leading real estate consultant on the office segment in Romania and, more specifically, the leading office consultant in Bucharest, with 43 percent market share.
