Clifford Chance Badea adds new Counsel to the management team

Law firm Clifford Chance Badea announced it added a new member to the management team, with Loredana Ralea joining as Counsel.

With more than 15 years of experience with international law firms, Loredana is specialized in corporate law and commercial law. Throughout her career, she has been involved in large Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Employment Law consultancy, Financial Institutions and Insurance regulatory area.

She has regularly advised on merger and acquisition transactions, and on day-to-day operations of clients in major industries, such as Banking and Finance, Consumer Business, Energy, and Leisure. She graduated Law School in 1994 and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
