Joseph Kim is the new CEO of Samsung Electronics Romania

Samsung announced the naming of Joseph (Jeongwoo) Kim in the position of CEO with Samsung Electronics Romania. From his new position, Kim will also coordinate the operations of Samsung for Romania and Bulgaria.

Kim replaces Young Lak Jung, the former CEO in the last four years and who will continue his career within Samsung Electronics from South Korea. The newly named CEO has a background within Samsung Electronics for the last 25 years and delivered leading activities in departments such as human resources, sales and marketing.

In the last two years, Joseph Kim has been the president of the Baltic region subsidiary with Samsung Electronics and coordinated the global marketing operations of South Korean-based company.
