In October last year, the developer announced that the mall complex to be developed in Eastern Bucharest, ParkLake got the building permits and it is expected to begin workings. The mall will require an investment of EUR 180 million and the opening is scheduled for 2016. ParkLake received its building permit in September 2013, once the joint venture partners improved the concept of the shopping center, allowing the commencement of development.
