PDL wants deductibility for private sector student scholarships

Under the project, the grant beneficiaries "may be forced by the economic agents with which they have signed a financing contract, to work for the maximum three years after graduation," said the PDL, quoted by HotNews.ro. The project promoters are PDL deputies Raluca Turcan and George Ialomitianu. Furthermore, under the draft law published by Raluca Turcan on her blog, entrepreneurs can also benefit from tax incentives if they "sign contracts to finance R&D projects with accredited universities, accredited research institutes or independent researchers holding a doctoral degree, based on research contracts and on the presentation of results at the end of the contract."
