AON: insurance to remain in positive territory

The volume of gross written premiums for the insurance sector will rise by between five and seven per cent in 2009, predicts Karina Rosu, CEO of insurance brokers AON Romania.
This may be a deceleration on 2008’s boom, but is still growth. In 2008 AON increased its business by 20 per cent compared to the previous year, recording revenues of about 2.5 million Euro.
