Interactive Intelligence to enter Romanian market

American supplier of integrated software solutions for business communications Interactive Intelligence (ININ) entered the Romanian market. The company's aim is that in three to four years to have a market share of 50 percent on financial sector in our country. In addition, together with local partners Asseco and Lucas Communication Services, the company aims to complete this year 5 contracts with large companies in areas such as banking, insurance, utilities and outsourcing centers and, in less than two years, the objective is to open a subsidiary in Romania. First customer is Allianz-Tiriac. The company has three main businesses: solutions for contact centers, unified communications solutions and business process automation. According to estimates of ININ, in Romania there are about 250 call centers, but less than 20 percent use the latest technology. The market solutions for contact centers is expected to initiate at about EUR 3 million. The supplier enters a market with great potential given that firms offering call center services were among the largest employers in recent years. Companies competing in this market such as Computer Generated Solutions, Competence Call Center, Stefanini, Genpact or Geboc (the HP service center). Americans based in Indianapolis has over 4500 customers in more than 90 countries, among them being AIG, Amway, BMW, Bosch Group, Harvard University, Honda, Microsoft, Nokia, Rolex, Sony, U.S. Airways and Volvo. The company has around 1,000 employees in 19 locations. In Europe, Interactive Intelligence has offices in Sweden, Germany, United Kingdom, Poland, Spain and the Netherlands.
