Bad news for Transelectrica's investors on the Bucharest Stock Exchange

Bucharest Stock Exchange fell by 0.72 percent, in a market with low transaction volumes and in which the investors attention was focused primarily on Transelectrica shares (TEL), so these titles provided 45 percent of the cash of only RON 14.7 million. Transelectrica shares declined by 2.59 percent to RON 15.45, on the settlement offer was made and the state sold a package of 15 percent stake. Exchange quotation that Transelectrica shares came is 1.66 percent below the price at which the offer was made on small investor tranche of RON 15.71 per share, and also is 3.7 percent above the tranche of high investors of RON 14.9 per share. The shares on offer were allocated shortly after 16:00. Investors have been very active in Transelectrica shares and realized 1.149 trading operations, well above the number of daily transfers in the last six months. In the last six months, the number of operations performed in a meeting with the title company was less than 200 and increased to a maximum of 274 at the hearing on March 27, when was completed public offering conducted by the state.
