Central 19th Century Italian villa for sale

PIATA ROSETTI This eclectic villa built at the end of the 19th century in the vicinity of Blvd Corneliu Coposu and of Piata Rosetti is available for sale at 3.2 million Euro.

Accompanying houses from the Interwar period, the antique villa is a family inheritance, taken over by the Communist regime and returned to the relatives of its original owners in 2001.
This is a brick-built villa with perfectly symmetrical columned facades, constructed by Italians with a distinct wooden staircase, high ceilings and paintings on the ceiling featuring characters from 19th century nobility.
Each room has a massive stove with pastoral motifs and ceramic cupids.
Some of the bedrooms have stained glass windows with circular and square geometrical designs.
The villa is partitioned on two floors and has ten rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and large corridors. There is no central heating system, air conditioning or burglar alarm and some renovation is necessary.
There are also another six rooms in a second building adjacent to this house. Parking space is available for two cars in the courtyard, five cars in the street and in front of the villa and there is also a garage. The house can be used as a residence or as an office building.
