Local DIY boss to pioneer 18 hole golf course in northeast
SUCEAVA COUNTY DIY-retailer Dedeman’s Romanian owner Dragos Paval plans to develop a 40 million Euro 18-hole golf course and tourist resort on 100 hectares in Mitocul Dragomirnei, close to Suceava city April 2011 - From the Print Edition
The project includes a hotel with 150 rooms, a spa centre, a sports field, shopping spaces and restaurants, according to Ziarul Financiar.
The development company Dragomirna Golf Resort is owned 38.5 per cent by Dedeman, and 20.5 per cent each by businessmen Dragos-Mihai Serseni, Gheorghe David and Daniel Tanase.
