Dutch Terwa takes out space in Olympian
BRASOV, TIMISOARA, CLUJ, BUCHAREST Business park developer Heliosphoenix’s Olympian Park in Brasov has leased a 4,500 sqm warehouse to Dutch-owned vehicle and construction component firm Terwa Romania February 2011 - From the Print Edition
The firm will employ 120 at the new facility, where it has taken out a ten-year lease. Heliosphoenix is also developing business parks in Timisoara, Cluj county, Constanta and Bucharest. The firm’s 27,000 sqm Olympian Park in Timisoara will be completed by November 2011. The firm has also made available 10,000 sqm and in Cluj 10,000sqm will available by May 2011.
