Austrians pioneer new shopping galleries anchored by Kaufland
BOTOSANI, GIURGIU, RAMNICU VALCEA Austrian real estate investor Real4You and developer Oasis Consult have started developing shopping galleries in Botosani, Giurgiu and Ramnicu Valcea, according to real estate agents Krammer & Wagner September 2010 - From the Print Edition
The Family Center galleries will include the Kaufland hypermarket as an anchor tenant.
Family Center Botosani will cover 6,000 sqm and will include nine stores, including clothes retailer Takko, German shoe retailer Deichmann and home appliance and electronics retailer Altex.
The project in Giurgiu will stretch over 4,200 sqm and the commercial gallery in Ramnicu Valcea will cover 3,400 sqm.
Oasis Consult has developed commercial centers in Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.
