Transelectrica HQ for sale

PIATA UNIRII Real estate developer Dagesh Group plans to sell the Platinum Center office building in Piata Unirii, currently home to power grid company Transelectrica.
Shlomo Abecassis, Dagesh Group manager told Capital magazine the company wants to sell the building either this year or until it finds the right buyer.
The building covers 12,000 sqm partitioned on 16 floors. Half of the building is rented by national electric energy transporter Transelectrica.
Dagesh Group also owns several other land plots Bucharest, where it plans to develop blocks of flats.
