AFI Europe Romania leases 2,000 sqm in AFI Tech Park to Game World Group

AFI Tech Park business campus, the new office destination currently developed by AFI Europe Romania, signed a new lease agreement of approx. 2,000 sqm in AFI Tech Park 1 with Game World Group.

AFI Tech Park is providing a 400 sqm conference hall to be shared by the tenants of the office building, and other additional benefits, such as: "AFI Club", which offers discounts for lunch and other services, also the first car sharing service in Bucharest. The project is located in the vicinity of the Romanian Parliament.

Construction works on the first office building, AFI Tech Park 1, which offers 20,000 sqm GLA office spaces, will be completed in Q2 2018. In addition, the building offers a retail area of 2,000 sqm, which are already signed by World Class gym (1,500 sqm) and Quick Service Restaurant "1 Minute" (110 sqm), while currently remaining spaces are under negotiations with a canteen and service shops. AFI Tech Park 1 will offer to its future tenants 220 underground parking spaces. The investment in the first phase of the project is over 30 million EUR.

Knight Frank has advised throughout the entire lease process, namely commercial consultants Catalin Stan - Associate Director and Alexandru Bordianu - Consultant Office Division.

The entire AFI Tech Park project offers 56,000 sqm GLA of Class A offices, comprising of two office buildings with GF+8 and one office tower of 14 floors. AFI Tech Park is designed to obtain the highest recognition for green buildings and has already received the LEED Platinum pre-certification for the use of construction, design and operating techniques and technologies with a minimum impact on the environment.
